About Manco PB

A macho sans-serif with a subtle flair, Manco PB started as a digitization of a 5 font film typeface family called Monza by LetterGraphics. Manco PB is a consolidation of that original family into 3 fonts: Regular (Casual), Smallcaps, and Smash - with the original “Biform” becoming a Stylistic Alternate feature in all of the fonts, and the “Interlock” becoming a Swash feature as swash Capitals within the Regular style, and a more robust true Interlocking within the Smallcaps style between Capitals and Smallcaps along with a collection of ligatures. For the Interlock look in Manco Smallcaps, enable Swash Alternates and play typing a mix of Capitals and lowercase (smallcaps) or pick and choose through the glyphs palette.

If you're wondering where you might recognize this typestyle from, you may have seen it on posters for the 1971 motorcycle film, "Angels Hard as They Come".
